I was raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. But I didn’t really grow up until I moved to Chicago.
My husband, a detective with the CPD, likes to call me a “blow-in,” but in the last 12 years, I’ve voted in every election, I’ve been married, had two kids, purchased two homes and paid Cook County and Chicago taxes. I’ve earned the right to my opinions, criticism and praise of city life. I am so NOT a blow-in, honey. :-)
